Victorian Child Safety Standards effective 1st January 2017

The new Victorian Child Safey Standards apply to all RTOs operating in the Victorian region from 1 January 2017. All states require RTOs to have a child safe framework for the safety, participation and empowerment of students under eighteen (18) years of age.

These standards need to be incorporated into the RTOs Policy and Procedures and also student induction booklets.
